There are three types of systems.
Closed system
Open system
Isolated system
Closed System
There is no mass transfer across the system of boundary. There maybe energy transfer into or out of the system
Open System
In which matter crosses the boundary of system. energy as well as mass transfer from one point to another.
Isolated System
In which there is no interaction between the system and surrounding. it has constant mass and energy as well as there is no mass and energy transfer across the system.
